(D)To satisfy the standard specification
7. Reflow
recommendations
7-1
Technical requirements for reflow
Solder
joint peak temperature: 250˚C.
Exceeding
this temperature will result in shorting and dead spot failures.
Excessive
heat weakens the magnets and it is also possible that the coating.
on the magnet wires melts causing a short in the
motor.
Liquid Line (220˚C) over time: 30 ~ 90
seconds
Requests temperature: 165˚C ~ 217˚C
<100 seconds
Preheat temperature requirements (<160˚C):
≤ 2˚C/ sec
Peak temperature rise requirements: 1˚C ~
3˚C / sec
8 . Packing Condition
8-1 Smallest packing condition

8 -2
Cardboard Packing Condition

8 -3
Final Packing Condition

9 . Others
9-1 Whatever items which be not stated in this specification will be
not guaranteed.
9-2 Do not subject the motor under locked condition for long times.
9-3 Output test date and Cpk will be
attached (n-35) of follows:
Loaded
rotation rpm
Loaded current mA
